Q: What time will my delivery arrive? A: On the first day of your rental ('Start Date'). Although we try our best to get your rental items to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for delivery due to high volume and weekly check-ins. Please be patient as our drivers are often delayed by heavy traffic on the weekends in particular. Q: Where were my items left on the property? A: Your rental items will be locked up and left in a secure location on the property. Linens will be delivered in designated bins and typically left under a covered location at the property. Locks will be provided for most items (excluding linens). YOUR LOCK COMBINATION IS THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE PHONE NUMBER WE HAVE ON FILE! No reservations or pickups can be made for our walk-up locations. Q: When will my items be picked up? A: On the last day of your rental, anywhere from 9am on. (If you have a weekly rental and your items were delivered on a Saturday, they will be picked up on the following Saturday.) Please leave all items out and locked up in the same location that they were when we dropped them off by 9am on the pick-up day. Q: What iF my bikes are lost or stolen? A: Locks will be provided for most items ( excluding linens ). In the event of a lost or stolen item, you will be charged the full retail replacement cost of each item. Q: What if I want my rentals the same day? A: Give us a call!! It is difficult to guarantee same day delivery but as long as you call our HQ to place your order we will always do our best to have your rental items delivered within 24 hours.
