Q:

What time will my delivery arrive?

A:

On the first day of your rental ('Start Date'). Although we try our best to get your rental items to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for delivery due to high volume and weekly check-ins. Please be patient as our drivers are often delayed by heavy traffic on the weekends in particular.

Q:

Where were my items left on the property?

A:

Your rental items will be locked up and left in a secure location on the property. Linens will be delivered in designated bins and typically left under a covered location at the property. Locks will be provided for most items (excluding linens). YOUR LOCK COMBINATION IS THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE PHONE NUMBER WE HAVE ON FILE! No reservations or pickups can be made for our walk-up locations.

Q:

When will my items be picked up?

A:

On the last day of your rental, anywhere from 9am on. (If you have a weekly rental and your items were delivered on a Saturday, they will be picked up on the following Saturday.) Please leave all items out and locked up in the same location that they were when we dropped them off by 9am on the pick-up day.

Q:

What iF my bikes are lost or stolen?

A:

Locks will be provided for most items (excluding linens). To prevent theft, please make sure to keep your rental bikes and other items locked up at all times when not in use including while placed in garages. You are responsible for any rental items picked up or delivered to you for the entire duration of the rental agreement. In the event of a lost or stolen item, you will be charged the full retail replacement cost of each item.

Q:

What if I want my rentals the same day?

A:

Give us a call!!  It is difficult to guarantee same day delivery but as long as you call our HQ to place your order we will always do our best to have your rental items delivered within 24 hours. We also have bicycles available at our walk-up locations

are there any fees for deliveries?

A:

Orders over $100 come with FREE DELIVERY! However, any order under $100 is subject to a $10 delivery fee. We have a 3 day minimum rental period for all delivery orders. Bicycles, along with other rental items, can be rented at our walk-up locations on a first come first serve basis.

Q:

What is your policy on Refunds?

A:

We will gladly exchange items; however we do not offer refunds. We offer in house credits only that can be used towards future rentals. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental equipment, please notify our staff as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate changes or adjustments.
