Please note the following policies to help us make your vacation a great experience.


Although we try our best to get your rental items to you as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Saturdays and Sundays are the busiest days for delivery due to high volume and weekly check -ins. Please be patient as our drivers are often delayed by heavy traffic on the weekends in particular.


Orders under $100 and orders placed for same day delivery are subject to a $20 delivery fee.


Lost or stolen items:

You are responsible for any items delivered to you for the entire duration of the rental agreement. In the event of a loss, you will be charged full retail replacement cost of any and all items in your possession. Locks will be provided for most items (excluding linens). Please make sure all members using our products lock them at all times when not in use, including when placed in garages. Surf Buggy Centers reserves the right to repossess any items found unlocked and unattended at any time during the rental with no refund. 


Refunds and exchanges:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental equipment, please notify our staff as soon as possible so that we can make changes or adjustments. We will gladly exchange items; however we do not offer refunds. We offer in house credit only. We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please leave all items out and locked in the same location that they were when we dropped them off by 9am on the pick-up day.
